Shipping Policy
BUDGEDAD and Exit 76 Antique Mall's policy is to
keep shipping costs reasonable if being shipped
within the United States. You will notice that some items have shipping costs
for the United States included in the purchase price.
International Shipments will be priced accordingly so
please inquire. When insurance is not included in the price of the item you will
always have the option of adding insurance where available.
BUDGEDAD & Exit 76 expects that all
purchases reach you in a safe and secure manner and
that shipping should not cost an arm and a leg. Although you and I have little
control over the USPS, UPS or other services time in transit, we should still
anticipate your package to arrive in a timely fashion. You should expect no
less. Do remember the choices you make can affect delivery time, particularly
when shipping international.
However, accidents and breakage does occasionally occur
and for this I recommend
purchasing insurance when not included in the purchase of the item. If shipping
to a location where insurance is not available or the buyer refuses insurance,
possession of the item is at the point of shipment and we can assume no
liability after drop off to the shipper. When possible for multiple purchases
an attempt to combine
shipping if size and weight permit will be done to achieve additional
savings.
If applicable (some items include shipping) is charged
as close to actual
postal or shipping costs as possible plus a handling charge to cover materials,
personnel, and incurred fees.
Should an item be broken in transit please do
not return it to us but contact should be made immediately either by phone or email.
As quickly as possible
you will receive a return call or email so satisfactory arrangements can be made
with you to resolve the issue or insurance claim. If the item does not arrive
in a timely fashion it would be appreciated if contact from you is made with
BUDGEDAD so the shipment can be traced or located.
Methods of Payment
BUDGEDAD accepts payment through Paypal.
Budgedad will also accept personal checks and
Money Orders with pre-approval. To purchase in this manner an email must be sent
identifying the items you wish to purchase. Since you will not be using the
shopping cart there may be lag time between your request and acknowledgment of
the items you have requested. If any of these items have been put in a Paypal
shopping cart by another buyer, before this acknowledgment, the requested item
may be lost to that subsequent buyer.
Those items at the Exit 76 Antique Mall
may also be picked up there or you may make arrangements with Budgedad
Antiques & Collectibles on the North side of Indianapolis.
Return Policy
Everyone makes an error from time to time.
If we have listed items wrong or
missed something regarding condition or a Customer may finds that their purchase
was not what was anticipated do not worry. Because of this BUDGEDAD & Exit 76 has a fair
and liberal return policy:
Should an item not be as listed we accept full
responsibility for the error and will refund in full including shipping.
Please do not return the item without making contacting with us first. The
results for domestic issues will always be a phone call if at all possible,
while communication for international customers will be via Email.
If there is any other legitimate reason for requesting
a return we will refund the full amount less expenses.
All items when returned will require approval and
insured return shipping when applicable.
You can buy with confidence because we stand behind
the product. Exit 76 & BUDGEDAD wants you to return often.
Guarantees & Warrantees
All items are guaranteed as listed. Should any
item not be as we listed or condition be in question we always accept returns for
full refund. We imply no additional warranty other than the condition and
authenticity as stated in the listing and any manufacturer’s guarantee which
may transfer with the item.
Privacy Policy
No Information received from customers, contacts
or any individual will be distributed or used in any manner other than that which
is correct and proper for completing our transaction. All information personal
and casual will be kept strictly confidential and client business contact will
always be respected.
Blogs, Mailing, and E-mail List
Budgedad maintains a list of customer contacts
and sends emails of new items listed on Ebay in advance. This is done only on a
volunteer basis and should be requested if you wish to be added.
We are also publishing a Blog on items of interest
to collectors and persons interested in Antiques & Collectibles which we would
include in our emails as they are published.
